We are a collaborative management consultancy that seeks out, develops and applies tools and techniques that foster innovation and advance better practice. We focus on social, justice, health and cultural issues. We design and implement evidence-gathering processes that help people set goals, reflect on progress, and move forward. We produce timely products that facilitate collaboration, organizational learning, effective management, decision-making and action. We work on time-limited projects as well large, horizontally-managed programs and initiatives. We have extensive experience in performance measurement and evaluation with the Government of Canada and with national and community-based organizations, using conventional, participatory and innovative methodologies and techniques. Our service offerings build on many years of experience consulting with, participating in, and learning from inter-disciplinary and cross-sectoral collaboration involving public institutions, businesses, and national and community-based non-for-profit organizations and people from many walks of life.
